SHENG LONGblogger comments:courtesy of capcoms official blog,this character was not totally revealed by Project Manager: Natsumi Shiozawa,also mentions this isnt the games only secret,and that sheng long was planned before as a secret character but he isnt the only secret character interesting,in my opinion this character fits nicely in street fighter 4,its nice to see they are implementing new characters along with all the new features,fighter moves,secrets cant wait to see more
